Dates: March 13-16th. Plan to arrive on the 13th and depart on the 16th.

Community:

  • Stay in a luxury Airbnb, carefully selected for comfort, connection and rest.

  • Enjoy delicious, nutritious meals prepared to fuel training and recovery

Training:

  • Join us in a private gym, led and guided by Equibody coaches

  • Receive live in person feedback and training

  • Learn biomechanics and strength techniques for strength, flexibility and longevity

Rest and inspiration:

  • Visit Wellington’s world class show grounds to watch the top riders compete in both Dressage and Jumping

  • In your down time, explore and soak up the vibrant equestrian culture that makes Wellington iconic

What’s included:

  • Shared accommodation in a 6 acre Airbnb in Wellington. There are only 4 spots left!) so RSVP quickly!

  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks on both retreat days

  • Gym Access and guided training sessions

  • Guest speakers

  • Access to show grounds and competition viewing under the lights!

What’s not included:

  • Dinner on retreat days (left open for exploring Wellington & eating out at the great restaurants around town)

  • Travel expenses (flights, car rental, etc)

  • Personal spending money

Thursday: March 13th (arrival day)

7 pm: Arrivals and Welcome Reception

Friday: March 14th (Day 1)

Morning: Breakfast together + group activity or guest speaker

Afternoon: Lunch together + Private Gym Workout

Late afternoon: Free to explore Wellington, shopping, show grounds or just to rest.

Evening: Watch 4* Grand Prix Dressage Freestyles Under the Lights

Saturday: March 15th (Day 2)

Morning: Breakfast together + group activity or guest speaker

Afternoon: Lunch together + Private Gym Workout

Late Afternoon: Free to explore Wellington, shopping, show grounds or just to rest.

Evening: Watch 5* Grand Prix Show Jumpers Under the Lights

Sunday: March 16th (Departure Day)

We encourage everyone to stay at the Airbnb. However if there is overflow, you’re welcome to arrange your own accommodations.
