At Equibody, our mission is to empower equestrians by helping them build both strength and flexibility, allowing them to focus on improving their rides and focus on their horse rather than being held back by tightness or physical restrictions in the saddle. We’re passionate about equestrian fitness and provide the tools and support you need to learn, grow and progress in your riding, no matter your fitness level. Our program ensures that riders meet the same athletic standards they expect from their horses — through a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable approach.
